The AIO (all in one) come in two parts - the cover and the snap in soaker. The AIO's are sold with a Flannel soaker - extra soakers in hemp or flannel are available. Hemp Boosters are also available for extra absorbancy. The cover can be re-used unless it is wet or soiled. You can have 2 nappies on the go, alternating, so one is airing whilst baby wears the other. You simply change the snap in soaker for a fresh one.
There are 3 options for the AIO cover: 1. Microfleece cover - great during the day as the bum gets plenty of air circulation. A nappy cover is needed for night use. 2. The PUL covers have a microfleece inner and cotton outer, so the PUL is hidden. Great for day use. For night use it is recommended to use the basic AIO which has a soft knit PUL outer instead of cotton which can wick. 3. The basic AIO which has a soft knit PUL outer, which is recommended for not use instead of the cotton which can wick.
