A facial you can give yourself at HOME
· Cleanse your skin by massaging your face and neck with a suitable cleanser, rinse off with warm water.
· Exfoliate your face and décolleté (neck and shoulders) with a gentle facial scrub. This helps desquamate your skin (remove surface dead skin cells). Rinse and wipe over with a soft damp flannel.
· Apply a Masque with a pastry brush to deeper cleanse the pores and therapeutically treat any blemishes. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse face or use a flannel to remove .
· Massage with a nourishing/re hydrating treatment oil (according to your needs). This can be left on your skin overnight. If you are going out use a toner, day moisturiser and eye cream.
